Terms and Conditions / Business Clients
Clients of Blue Dollar Marketing, Inc. are subject to the terms and conditions to participate. The terms and conditions that apply to the Blue Dollar Marketing Program are determined solely by Blue Dollar Marketing, Inc. For updates and latest program terms, please visit BlueDollarTrading.com.
Client agrees to accept Blue Dollars for payment as noted on vouchers and checks if applicable.
Client agrees to sell goods and services at regular retail prices. Sale prices may be excluded at members discretion, but is not recommended.
Taxes on Blue Dollar transactions may apply where required by law. Clients are responsible for anystate sales tax, state income tax or federal income taxes if applicable.
Blue Dollar Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash.
If requested, client agrees to provide a current or updated W-9 upon request before December 31st of each year.
Client agrees to display a Blue Dollar Trading window sticker signifying that Blue Dollars are accepted.
Client agrees to deposti redeemed Blue Dollar Certificates on a timely basis (within one calendar month acceptance) with either the local Blue Dollar Marketing Director or by mail to: Blue Dollar Marketing, Inc. P.O. Box 357332, Gainesville, FL 32635
Client agrees to notify Blue Dollar Marketing, Inc. immediately if suspending membership temporarily and agrees to a $15.00 cash monthly maintenance fee for any month or partial month member is not accepting Blue Dollars.
Cancellation: Any account with no sales or purchases for a period of one year or longer may be deemed inactive and subject to cancellation.
Clients in violation of the Rules of Blue Dollar Marketing, Inc. may be subject to suspension or cancellation of their accounts.
Members may cancel participation in Blue Dollar Marketing, Inc. by notifying the Blue Dollar Marketing, Inc. Corporate Headquarters, P.O. Box 357332, Gainesville, FL 32653 or by email to: info@BlueDollarTrading.com. |
