Terms and Conditions / Business Clients

Businesses partners of Blue Dollar Marketing, Inc. are subject to the terms and conditions to participate. The terms and conditions that apply to the Blue Dollar Marketing Program are determined solely by Blue Dollar Marketing, Inc. Client agrees to accept Blue Dollars for payment as noted on vouchers.

Client agrees to sell goods and services at regular retail prices. Sale prices may be excluded at members discretion, but is not recommended.

Taxes on Blue Dollar transactions may apply where required by law. Clients are responsible for any state sales tax, state income tax or federal income taxes if applicable.

Blue Dollar Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash.

If requested, client agrees to provide a current or updated W-9 upon request before December 31st of each year.

Client agrees to display a Blue Dollar Trading window sticker signifying that Blue Dollars are accepted.

Clients may deposit redeemed Blue Dollar Certificates with their local Blue Dollar Marketing Director or by mail to: Blue Dollar Marketing, Inc. 7257 N.W. 4th Blvd. Suite 2, Gainesville, FL  32607

Client agrees to notify Blue Dollar Marketing, Inc. immediately if suspending membership temporarily and agrees to a $25.00 cash monthly maintenance fee for any month or partial month business member is not accepting Blue Dollars.

Cancellation: Any account with cash fees past due in excess of 60 days may be deemed inactive and subject to cancellation.

Clients in violation of the Rules of Blue Dollar Marketing, Inc. may be  subject to suspension or cancellation of their accounts.

Members may cancel participation in Blue Dollar Marketing, Inc. by notifying the Blue Dollar Marketing, Inc. Corporate Headquarters at 7257 N.W. 4th Blvd. Suite 2, Gainesville, FL 32607 or by email to: info@BlueDollarMarketing.com.
